Walton County has just adopted a new Comprehensive plan and will soon begin amending the Land Development Code to supplement the Plan.  The State has just repealed the 1985 Growth Management Act and replaced it with new law.  There is a lot of change going on at the state and county level and the County Administrator and Planning Director are in key positions in responding to new state directives and in helping chart the future of the county.

This is a wonderful opportunity to hear their observations about Walton County, their vision for the future and to give the public an opportunity to meet Greg Kisela (Walton County Administrator) and Wayne Dyess (Walton County Planning Director).
